The cartoon calendar depicts awkward healthcare situations patients often find themselves in and includes three Top Tips for healthcare professionals on how to communicate clearly with patients.
The appointment card booklet was designed to increase a person’s ability to understand, ask questions and act upon health information. The appointment card should make less explanation necessary at the appointment desk and patients should find appointments easier to manage.
